The preliminary hearing for the suspect in the arson at the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence is being moved back again. State officials say the hearing for Cody Balmer will now take place on August 20th. The hearing was set for today after being initially scheduled for April 23rd. Balmer remains behind bars following his arrest for the April 13 fire.
