Humane Society In Need Of Donations After Heavy Rain And Wind Damage

The Central Pa. Humane Society, here in Blair County, was left with some damage after heavy rain and winds hit the area earlier this week.  Reportedly, the floors were flooded, and some of the roofing on the outside of  the kennels had blown off.  Staff members were able to get the area cleaned up but they are in need of donated towels, paper towels, laundry detergent and garbage bags.  Donations can be dropped off at the shelter during operational hours, or left under the overhang when they are closed.
