Logan Township Police have identified the man who tossed a dog over the fence at the Central Pa., Humane Society in Altoona, and abandoned it. Police say 39-year-old Erin House of Williamsburg was the suspect caught on camera on the evening of March 27th. House will be charged with animal cruelty and corruption of minors. No other information is known at this time. The abandoned female dog named Cherry needed hip surgery as a result of being tossed over the fence, but she is reportedly doing well, and about to be adopted by her foster mom. A puppy that Cherry had before she was abandoned, is still at the shelter, and reportedly is in good shape.
