A fatal traffic accident occurred yesterday afternoon along the 7200 block of Woodbury Pike near Roaring Spring when the driver suffered a medical emergency. According to investigators, 76-year-old Pauline Grace suffered a medical emergency prior to crashing her vehicle, shortly before 1:00. State police report the vehicle was reportedly “split in half” after crashing into a tree. State police continue their investigation.
