Gas prices across Pennsylvania remain higher than the national average. Triple A says the average cost per gallon in the state is at three-dollars and 31-cents, which is down by about seven-cents compared to last week. However, that cost is still higher than the national average which currently sits at three-dollars and 14-cents per gallon. Locally a gallon of gas is running at three-dollars and 49 cents.
