Pennsylvania is announcing another multi-million-dollar settlement from the opioid crisis. Attorney General Dave Sunday says the Commonwealth will receive part of a 720-million-dollar settlement with eight drug manufacturers who contributed to what he called a “nationwide addiction epidemic.” He said Pennsylvania’s share could be as much as 28-million-dollars. Sunday added that seven of the companies are prohibited from promoting or marketing opioids and opioid product.
