State police in Somerset County are investigating an animal abuse case that occurred on Edie Road in Lincoln Township on July 1st, after ten dogs were found abandoned in the area. State police in Somerset are asking anyone who may have information regarding this case to please call them. The animals were rescued by Abby’s Angels in Bedford, and are now available for adoption, after having been groomed and receiving medical care.
