Expect Short-Term Lane Closures On I-99

Short-term lane closures on I-99 northbound, between the Frankstown Road exit and the 17^th Street exit  in Altoona, will occur, beginning tomorrow.  PennDOT reports that  the contractor will  reduce traffic  on northbound I-99 to a single lane for concrete patching.  The work is to take place tomorrow and Wednesday.  PennDOT is urging motorists to exercise extra caution while traveling through work zones.
