Leaders with Pittsburgh International Airport say construction on the new terminal is roughly 90 percent complete. Workers are putting the finishing touches on the massive overhaul at Western Pennsylvania’s largest travel hub. Over 18-thousand people have signed up for operations testing of the new terminal on September 20th. A grand opening is expected sometime in October.
