Pennsylvania officials are warning residents of a new phishing scam that impersonates PennDOT, E-ZPass and other transportation agencies. Phishing texts are designed to persuade the recipient of the text into revealing personal information. Officials warn residents against clicking on links from emails or texts that claim to represent transportation agencies.
