School starts tomorrow, and state police are reminding drivers to be on the lookout for students. Be aware of children who are walking to school, waiting at the bus stop, and of course be alert for school buses. Remember, do not pass a school bus with its stop sign out, and red lights flashing, and drivers must stop at least 10 feet from a stopped bus. Drivers who illegally pass a stopped school bus can face a fine of $250, a 60-day license suspension, and five points on their driving record.
