Officers with the Blair DUI Task Force will make their presence known this holiday weekend on area roadways either at check points, roving patrol, or mobile awareness. This is being done to insure Blair County roadways are as safe as possible. The task force is urging motorists not to drink and drive, before drinking, designate a sober non-drinking driver, if you are impaired use a taxi or Uber, if you see a drunk driver on the road, call 911, and if you know of someone who is about to drive while impaired, take their keys and help them make other arrangements to get them to wherever they need to go.
