Frozen vegetables are being recalled over contamination concerns. According to the FDA, Endico Potatoes is recalling two-and-a-half-pound bags of frozen peas and carrots, and frozen mixed vegetables sold in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington D.C. and Florida. Endico says it stopped distributing the frozen veggies after the products tested positive for Listeria, which is a bacteria that can cause potentially life-threatening illness. Customers who bought the recalled vegetables can return them for a full refund.
