A 27-year-old Imler man has been arrested and jailed following a month’s long investigation by State Police into allegations he sexually abused six young foster children. Accusations against James Shaulis include molesting six girls, ages 5 to 14, over a period from 2009 to 2016. Reportedly, the crimes occurred in multiple locations in both Blair and Bedford Counties. At the time of the alleged abuse, Shaulis lived with the victims. Shaulis was arraigned last Friday on multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and statutory sexual assault. He is currently held at the Blair County Prison on $500,000 bail.
