A 39-year-old Johnstown man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to kill a woman, who was his neighbor, and kicking her dog. Arrested this past Saturday was Raymond Collins. The victim called the West Hills Regional Police Department and reported that Collins had kicked her dog. A short time later, she called back to report that Collins had broken her kitchen window and threatened her with a gun. According to a police affidavit, the altercation started when the woman was on their shared porch speaking with another neighbor and Collins told her to “get off my side.” He then allegedly threatened to kill her and kicked her dog. Collins was apprehended by police and taken to the Cambria County Prison in lieu of bail. He has been charged with terroristic threats, and other related counts. His preliminary hearing has been schedule for September 29th.
