Twenty-two-year-old Jacob Buckley of Port Matilda pled guilty to federal charges yesterday for posting threats against President Donald Trump and “MAGA Republicans” on TikTok. The threats were posted just before the 2025 inauguration. Buckley faces up to five years in prison, fines, supervised release, and other penalties. Sentencing is scheduled for a later date. This case was investigated by the United States Secret Service.
