Braeden Phillips was sentenced in Centre County court yesterday, after being arrested in April for plotting an attack on the State College High School, reportedly inspired by the Columbine High School massacre. The 20-year-old received a sentence of at least 165 days in jail, which he had already served, and will be on intensive supervision for five years, during which he cannot be within 100 feet of any school without approval. While his plan allegedly involved firearms and explosives, investigators found no such items at his home.
