An investigation is underway by Johnstown Police after an individual allegedly threw bleach and used pepper spray on teenagers and a school security guard at a Moxham-area Sheetz on Tuesday afternoon. Reportedly, a school security guard witnessed the attack, and was also targeted with bleach before escorting the students away from the scene. Victims reportedly received medical treatment at the scene, and at the Greater Johnstown High School. Parents of the teens were notified. An investigation is underway.
