PennDOT announced that the left lane of Interstate 99 will be closed between mile markers 84 and 85, in both directions, for approximately two weeks. Starting today, crews will pave crossover lanes in the median from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The work is part of the High-Speed Interchange project, which will create a direct connection between I-80 and I-99, eliminating the current need for drivers to use Route 26. Drivers should anticipate traffic delays in the area.
