Giant Eagle Announcing Lower Prices On Hundreds Of Items

Corporate leaders at Giant Eagle are running a new promotion aimed at saving customers money for the rest of this year.  The grocery chain is lowering prices on over 300 commonly-purchased staples now through the end of December.  The “On Sale This Season” initiative includes a variety of products like ground beef, eggs, frozen vegetables, and more.  Giant Eagle is based in Cranberry Township, in Western Pennsylvania, and runs about 100 stores in the state, including one in Altoona.
