Bedford Co., Gas Station Destroyed In Fire After Recent Remodeling

A newly renovated gas station in Bedford County was completely destroyed by an accidental kitchen fire yesterday.  Alum Bank Fire Chief Thad Yothers reportedly confirmed the blaze started in the kitchen of the Alum Bank Pitt Stop.  The State Fire Marshal was called to the scene to investigate the accidental fire.  Remodeling of the business had just been completed last month.
