Following the tragic death of a 96-year-old hunter in Cambria County over the weekend, authorities are reminding the public about safety precautions. Harvey Hahl went hunting on Saturday afternoon but did not come home. His body was found later that evening. Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees confirmed that Hahl’s cause of death was a heart attack. Lees urges all hunters to be mindful of their health and surroundings, to take their time in the woods, and to always have a cell phone on hand for emergencies.
