An 18-year-old Ferguson Township, Centre County man is facing charges of retaliation and intimidation after allegedly assaulting a juvenile witness in a State High bathroom. According to State College police, Norman Ghaner, who was already accused of stealing State College Area School District vehicles, reportedly punched the 16-year-old male multiple times in the head and face before the altercation was stopped Monday afternoon. The friendship between Ghaner and the juvenile ended in May, when they were arrested, along with another 18-year-old for allegedly stealing two school district trucks, and damaging windows in State College. Bail was denied in this case, and Ghaner is to face a preliminary hearing on October 15th.
