An Altoona woman was arrested yesterday, following a domestic dispute that ended in in a pedestrian accident on the 1300 block of 16th Avenue. Altoona Police reportedly arrived a little after 3:00 yesterday morning and spoke with a male victim who stated that after a verbal argument, his girlfriend, Harlee Stewart, began keying his vehicle. Reportedly, when the victim went to confront her, she allegedly accelerated her vehicle, hitting the victim. Stewart is to be charged with felony aggravated assault by vehicle, and other related counts. She was placed in the Blair County Prison. The victim was taken to UPMC Altoona.
