The Bellwood-Antis Library and the Juniata Valley Audubon Society will host “Trick or TWEET: Halloween Treats for Wild Birds,” Wednesday, October 22nd, 6:30pm at the library, 526 Main Street in Bellwood.  It’s for all ages, but younger children will need help from a grownup or older child to make special treats for the birds
