A Midstate corrections officer has been charged with attempted sexual assault of a child. State officials said 36-year-old Robert Burkholder was recently arrested in Punxsutawney as part of an operation by local police. Burkholder reportedly works as a corrections officer at SCI Camp Hill in Cumberland County. The Department of Corrections says he is suspended without pay.
