A Cambria County man has been charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault in connection with a deadly shooting in Jackson Township. Arrested was 24-year-old Dylan Lang who is facing charges of felony criminal homicide and other related counts. The incident occurred early Saturday morning when Lang allegedly approached a vehicle in his driveway, broke a window, and shot 55-year-old Robert Hagen Jr., who was sitting inside his pickup truck. Reportedly, an adult female was also inside the truck when the shooting occurred. After the shooting Lang reportedly called 911 and remained at the scene. He remains in the Cambria County Prison where bail has been denied. His preliminary hearing is slated for October 27th.
