PA Senator Wants To Condemn Persecution Against Christians

Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano is seeking co-sponsors for a resolution that would condemn the “global persecution and religious genocide of Christians.” Citing data from organizations like Open Doors, the memo describes violence and persecution in countries including Nigeria, Pakistan, China, and Haiti.  The resolution urges federal leaders to formally recognize this as a human rights crisis, implement sanctions against hostile regimes, provide aid to Christian groups, and hold perpetrators accountable.
