West Hills Police have arrested and charged a Cambria County man, Matthew Shaulis, with the repeated sexual abuse of a 7-year-old girl. The 33-year-old from Nanty Glo is accused of sexually assaulting the victim while working at her home in Lower Yoder Township. Court documents state that investigators were told by the victim about multiple assaults, and that Shaulis also showed her a pornographic video. Shaulis is currently in the Cambria County Prison on numerous charges, including child rape. His preliminary hearing is slated for November 10th.
