Clearfield Co., Man Charged In Fatal Crash

Pennsylvania State Police have filed over a dozen charges, including homicide by vehicle, against  28-year-old Daniel Collier of Oseola Mills, following a months-long investigation into a fatal, fiery crash in Morris Township, Clearfield County, that killed his passenger, 25-year-old Logan Hollabaugh.  The accident happened on August 8 ^th of this year, on Old Turnpike Road in Morris Township, Clearfield County.  A crash reconstruction determined that speed was a primary factor, and investigators reportedly found empty alcoholic beverage containers and a half empty bottle of liquor in the vehicle.  Collier is currently being held in the Clearfield County Prison where bail has been set at $100,000.  A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for November 25^th.
