A woman who previously served as the Cambria County Bar Association’s executive director, was sentenced to 2-4 years behind bars yesterday after pleading guilty to charges related to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the organization.  Robin Hagins was arrested in May following a lengthy investigation which revealed she had embezzled more than $300,000.  An 11-page grand jury report alleged Hagins used the stolen funds for “frequent cosmetic procedures and numerous trips to Mexico.”  Investigators also accused Hagins of embezzling money from the local nonprofit Cuddles for Kids, which was founded by her son in 2006.  The Cambria County Bar Association is seeking over $300,000 in restitution.
