President Trump announced his “Trump Accounts” savings initiative for children on Tuesday. Trump says every American child born during his second term will receive a one-thousand-dollar government deposit to help start their account. So, how do parents sign up? First, every child must have a social security number. Parents will need to fill-out IRS Form 4547 to open their accounts for their children. The form got its name because Trump was the 45th president and is now the 47th president.
