Heather Dibert of Duncansville, received a sentence of 15 to 40 years in state incarceration for an assault and arson-for-hire case. A Bedford County jury previously convicted the 45-year-old of hiring a man, 36-year-old Zachary Sellers, to burn down her estranged wife’s home in Bedford County in October 2023, where six people were present. Dibert, who was described by the judge as highly manipulative, offered an apology in court, attributing her actions to anger. Co-defendant Zachary Sellers has already pled guilty to his role in the incident.
