A Winter Storm Watch has been issued from Friday morning through Saturday morning for parts of central Pennsylvania. According to the National Weather Service a heavy mixed bag of precipitation is possible with total snow and sleet accumulations of up to an inch, and ice accumulations of nearly half an inch. The National Weather Service reminds everybody that during that time period hazardous travel conditions are likely. Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. The potential for hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
