A Pennsylvania teen is in custody and facing charges after police say he fatally shot his mother in Green County. The incident happened Friday afternoon. State Police responding to a home in New Freeport say they found the parents of 18-year-old Jared Noll shot at the scene. Both were taken to a West Virginia hospital where Noll’s mother later died and his father was treated and released. Noll was arrested on Saturday.
