In some parts of Pennsylvania today, the high temperature is forecasted to be around 50-degrees but state police want you to be ready for when the weather turns colder — and snowier — again. The department is reminding people to allow extra time in the morning to allow their vehicle to warm up, and clear off the snow and ice before hitting the road. They also recommend keeping a well-stocked emergency kit in your vehicle, including jumper cables, blankets, water and maybe even medications. On that note Thursday’s highs are only expected to hit 19 degrees.
