Johnstown police have arrested 28-year-old Tevin Rashad Jackson for an alleged April 2025 sexual assault at the Oakhurst Homes community. The Johnstown man faces several charges, including rape by forcible compulsion and aggravated indecent assault. The victim reported that Jackson prevented her from leaving the residence before the assault occurred last April. Jackson has been placed in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of $250,000. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 21st.
