Pennsylvania’s legendary weather prognosticator, Punxsutawney Phil, is taking a detour to Happy Valley this weekend. Phil is scheduled to make a special appearance in downtown State College on Saturday from 2-5 p.m., at the Press Cider and Craft Beverage House. This rare visit offers fans a chance to see the groundhog up close and take photos just weeks before his official February 2nd prediction at Gobbler’s Knob.
