Nineteen-year-old Kira Haught of Punxsutawney, Jefferson County, has vaulted into the national spotlight after being crowned the 2025 Maxim Cover Girl. Despite having no professional modeling experience, Haught triumphed over a record-breaking field of more than 47,000 contestants. Judges credited her win to her authenticity and natural presence, qualities that set her apart in the magazine’s largest competition to date. When not in front of the camera, Haught maintains a busy schedule working at two hair salons while living on her family’s five-acre farm.
