Geistown native Daniel Barefoot has qualified for the Team USA skeleton roster for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. Barefoot made the announcement on social media yesterday morning, ahead of Team USA’s official roster release later this week. Barefoot is a graduate of both the Richland School District in Cambria County, and Penn State University. Barefoot, who is 35-years-old, has been pursuing a spot on the Olympic team for over 10 years.
