A 60-year-old Altoona woman was arrested on Wednesday for her third DUI arrest in 10 years after crashing her vehicle into Russell Tire on Union Avenue. According to police, Gail Stahl was witnessed driving the wrong way on Broad Avenue before striking a truck and plowing through the business. Officers at the scene noted visible signs of intoxication, and Stahl allegedly admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the crash. She is currently held at the Blair County Prison, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 28th.
