We are waking up to a frigid Tuesday morning across Central Pa. Forecasters say wind chills could reach as low as eight-below-zero in parts of the state. Residents are being advised to limit outdoor exposure in the harsh conditions. If you do go outside, be sure to dress in layers. A cold weather advisory continues for Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Somerset, Bedford, Clinton and Centre Counties until noon.
