Officials with the American Red Cross are urging Pennsylvania residents to give blood as the organization experiences a severe shortage. The group says supplies are down as donations are slow due to annual illnesses and winter weather. To help encourage folks to give, the Red Cross is entering everyone who makes a donation between now and January 25th for a chance to win a trip for two to the Super Bowl.
