Two individuals have been charged in connection with last November’s overdose death of an Altoona man. Stefanie Lestochi, and Martin Lear Jr., both 45, face felony charges including drug delivery resulting in death, conspiracy, and possession with intent to deliver. According to criminal complaints, Logan Township police responded to a home on Saint Francis Lane at 3:23 a.m. on Nov. 6th, last year. Upon arrival, emergency crews found Matthew Roscia unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Lestochi was arraigned last Friday afternoon and Lear was arraigned later that same evening. Both were taken to the Blair County Prison. Lestochi’s bail was set at $400,000, while Lear’s was set at $350,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5th.
