Area To Experience Very Cold Temps This Week

cold-thermo

The heavy snow that hit Pa., yesterday in the double digits, will result in a challenging morning commute.  We may see some lingering snow flurries, along with blowing snow that could result in poor visibility, and slippery road conditions.  Also, expect frigid temps this week from the single digits to the teens.  The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory from 7:00 p.m. tonight until 10:00 a.m., tomorrow, for portions of Central Pennsylvania.  We could experience dangerously low wind chills as low as 15 below zero that could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions aren’t taken.  Wear appropriate clothing, hat and gloves.
