A Cold Weather Advisory has been issued by The National Weather Service for Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Somerset, Southern Centre, and Southern Clinton Counties until 9:00 this morning. There are numerous cancellations and delays. Remember, extreme cold temps can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure, and lack of proper clothing. A slow warm-up is to begin tomorrow as we could see temps in the upper 40s.
