WISE Women of Blair County’s Annual Tribute Dinner will be Wednesday, April 15th at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona.  Hors d’oeuvres at 6, dinner at 6:30. Area women will be honored in the categories of Arts & Letters, Business & Professional, Education, Non-Profit / Government, Rising Star and Lifetime Achievement.
