Sunday will mark one year since the shooting at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York, and the death of West York Police Officer Andrew Duarte. West York Borough plans to honor Officer Duarte with a musical tribute that morning followed by a memorial at dusk. Duarte died by friendly fire while responding to a shooting inside the hospital that left five people injured, including two other officers.
