Flags To Be Lowered In PA To Honor Jackson

Governor Josh Shapiro has ordered all United States and Commonwealth flags to fly at half-staff on Saturday, March 7, in honor of the late civil rights activist Rev. Jesse Jackson.  This tribute coincides with the final day of memorial services for Jackson, who was recognized by the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus in 2024 for his work with the Rainbow PUSH Coalition.  The flags will remain lowered until sunset on March 7^th.
