An Altoona man was convicted yesterday in Blair County Court to serve 51 years and 9 months to 105 years in prison for delivering drugs that resulted in the 2021 death of 38-year-old Colleen Buck. Sixty-four-year-old Donald “The Rev” Delanor Dargan was convicted of 10 counts including drug delivery resulting in death. Reportedly, Dargan protested his conviction, but during a victim impact statement, Buck’s mother labeled him a “psychopath”. Dargan is the final member of a human-trafficking ring to be sentenced. The group targeted women struggling with addiction, providing drugs to induce dependency before abruptly cutting off their supply. Once the victims were desperate, the men forced them into prostitution.
